We came from professional sport environments where the difference between winning and losing is measured in fractions and every investment in a human being gets measured. Billymo’s PhD in elite sport psychophysiology proved that people's perception of their own performance is measurably different from what's actually happening. That finding is the foundation of everything we do, because it means most organisations are making their biggest decisions on the wrong signal.

We took what we learned in high performance and built a methodology that dollarizes the return on strategic decisions, products, and programs.
